Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply when you use the website run by Luke Richardson, a sole proprietorship based in USA, trading as Deep Agent Integrations ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. What the site is
A marketing site. It describes our services and prices and lets you send us an enquiry or book a call. Using the site does not create a contract for any work.
2. Prices and descriptions are not offers
Packages, prices, delivery times and inclusions shown on the site describe how we normally work. They are not binding offers. A price becomes binding only when we send you a written quote or agreement and you accept it. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. We may change the site, prices and packages at any time; changes do not affect a quote or agreement already accepted.
3. Enquiries and calls
Sending the intake form or booking a discovery call does not oblige either side to do anything further. We will use what you send as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential material, credentials, or other people's personal data through the form.
4. No results guaranteed
Descriptions of what an automation can do are general. What a specific automation will do, how accurate it will be, and how much time it saves are set out in a written scope for your project, not on this site. At the time of writing we have no published case studies and this site contains no customer results.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, submit unlawful or malicious content through the form, or scrape it at a rate that harms it.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, design and code are ours or used with permission. You may view and share the site, and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything you send us through the form stays yours; you give us permission to use it to respond to you.
7. Third-party services
The site hands your enquiry to Web3Forms and, if you book a call, sends you to Cal.com. They are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its general descriptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our liability under a paid engagement is governed solely by the Customer Agreement.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by changing the date above; continued use means you accept the update. We may block access to the site for misuse.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the law of the state in which we are based.
